Key Holding and Incident Response
Entrusting our Security personnel with a key to your business, they will respond to any type of alarm call to attend to any possible emergency whilst ensuring your premises remain safe. On receipt of confirmation from alarm monitoring station a Mobile Security Officer will immediately attend your premises and will remain on site until the incident has been satisfactorily resolved. Our Mobile Security Officer will carry out external checks for any signs of criminal damage, and will immediately alert the police if there are any occurrences of foul play – and should you need any other security measures, we can also provide and include boarding up and emergency repairs, as well as detailed reports of all alarm calls.
In the event of a confirmed incident, evidence of vandalism or other criminal activity the responding Security Officer will immediately contact the local Police and the 24-hour Control Room. Where there is a requirement for further advice, information or clarification the client will then be notified and appropriate action undertaken.
We will agree a target response time to any incident prior to the start of the contract. Our standard target time we endeavour to meet will be 20 minutes from acknowledgement of the incident to arrival on site. However, interruptions and delays can arise during the course of the Patrol Officers duties. Where the premises operate a confirmed intruder alarm system the Police will always be instantly informed.
