All candidates undertake a selection process which includes competency testing relevant to their individual role, literacy and numeracy tests and a full 5 year screening and vetting process, we empower our clients who often form part of our decision making process. Once selected our new recruits are then enrolled on our 3 step development programme – allowing the opportunity to work through Bronze, Silver and Gold levels.

We engage with local community groups to remove barriers when looking to gain employment within the security industry by focusing on developing long term unemployed individuals, job share options for working parents and where possible supporting disabled persons within the workplace.
