At Active Response Security we are extremely proud of our “Active Academy” focusing on the development of new and existing staff members. Our approach is to remove barriers within our Industry to offer a diverse workforce. We have job share options available to working parents and offer opportunities to long term unemployed individuals where we have identified a skill set we can cross reference. Due to our flexible approach we have a high number of females working with us considering the male orientated environment we work within.
Upon employment each Officer is enrolled automatically into our programme offering three levels – Bronze, Silver and Gold with personal development plans to ensure internal staff are recognised and encouraged to see beyond their current role.
We hold both Public and Private sector contracts and due to the vulnerabilities of our consumers we have a dutiy of care to upskill our Officers to treat each arising situation as uniquely as the last.
