Customer Feedback

Ensuring that the service we provide is on par with what our clients expect is extremely important to us so we collate regular Key Performance data and hold regular management meetings – the emotion felt when receiving outstanding feedback never wains and as Managing Director my team make me proud each and every day:

Facilities Manager – Medical Group

“Active Response are by far the most proactive, professional and responsive company I have had the pleasure to work with, on the very rare occasion I have had to contact the management team my questions and queries have been answered with great professionalism. I can not recommend this company enough – they deliver a first class service at all times”

 Events/Estates Manager – English Heritage

I would like to thank all the team for the overwhelming help and positive attitude towards my venue and private clients. I have had several cards and comments from guests and clients wanting me to send my appreciation to your team. All your staff and are always happy to assist on all areas of the job. Their manners and attitude to customer care is outstanding.

I had been approached by other security companies before and when choosing s security company I wanted to make sure that they would fit into the team dynamics and become part of the team. They have slotted into this role amazingly”

Facilities Manager – Waste Recycling

When looking for a security company we looked for a company that could bring innovation and work with the local police force to solve the crime rates we were suffering. Since working with Active Response we seen a dramatic drop in crimes being committed across our sites – they really are specialists within their field. Highly recommended sting operations coupled with regular, professional staff means we would recommend without hesitation”

Facilities Manager – Logistics Company

What can I say 10/10 – Highly recommended

Facilities Manager – Real Estate

Previously working with some of the largest security companies working with Active Response has been like a breath of fresh air. Their positive attitude towards recruiting and selecting the right candidates taking into consideration the varying needs of individual tenants has been superb. It is not often you see an Operations Manager and Managing Director sat behind the security desk to learn about our operations, yet they took the time to learn each individual aspect of our building. As such we have since awarded further contracts and will continue to do so when the need arises.

Events Manager – Local Authority

I’d just like to say thank you for a sterling job yesterday, please pass on my sincere thanks to the team who were to a person fantastic throughout the whole event.
